1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the TTDropBiz website, application form, or seller program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, applicants, and active sellers.
2. Description of service
TTDropBiz provides a dropshipping facilitation service. We connect independent sellers with a catalog of products, provide marketing creative, and coordinate fulfillment. You are responsible for operating your own TikTok Shop account, listing products, posting content, and complying with TikTok’s seller policies.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to join the program.
- You must have a valid TikTok Shop seller account in good standing.
- You must provide accurate contact, payout, and tax information.
- You may not use the service for illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activities.
4. Seller responsibilities
- Post content in compliance with TikTok Community Guidelines and TikTok Shop policies.
- Accurately represent products, pricing, and shipping times in your listings.
- Respond to customer inquiries and disputes in a timely manner.
- Keep your TikTok Shop account secure and notify us of any unauthorized access.
- Not resell, redistribute, or misuse creative assets provided by TTDropBiz.
5. Fees, pricing, and payouts
Joining TTDropBiz is free. You set the retail price for products in your shop. When a customer places an order, you pay the wholesale product cost plus shipping. Your profit is the difference between the retail price and those costs. Payouts are issued according to the schedule and method shown in your seller dashboard.
6. Fulfillment and shipping
TTDropBiz or its logistics partners pick, pack, and ship orders directly to your customers. We aim to dispatch most orders within 24 business hours. Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination. Tracking information is synced to your TikTok Shop when available.
7. Returns and chargebacks
Returns are handled according to our return policy and routed back to our fulfillment network. If a customer initiates a chargeback or dispute, you agree to cooperate with our investigation. You may be responsible for fees, refunds, or losses arising from fraudulent or negligent seller actions.
8. Intellectual property
TTDropBiz grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the product images, videos, and copy we provide solely for marketing the products in our catalog. All other website content, branding, and technology remain the property of TTDropBiz. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without written permission.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. We may suspend or remove sellers who violate these terms, TikTok policies, or applicable law. Upon termination, you must stop using TTDropBiz creative assets and remove listings sourced from our catalog.
10. Limitation of liability
TTDropBiz is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to TTDropBiz in the 90 days before the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TTDropBiz, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your listings, your content, or your violation of these terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where TTDropBiz operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
13. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the revised terms.
